Our heart is especially for those who face barriers to healthcare — refugees, newcomers, and people without health coverage. By combining evidence-based medicine with compassion and respect, we work to ensure that no one is left behind.

Meet Our Nurse Practitioner
Omobola Owuor, NP
Omobola Owuor is a highly accomplished Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of healthcare experience. She graduated with distinction from Western University, completing both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Nurse Practitioner training in Primary Healthcare.
Driven by her passion for refugee health, women’s health, and equity in healthcare access, Omobola has dedicated her career to serving individuals and families who often face barriers to care. As an immigrant and a Black healthcare professional, she deeply understands the unique challenges newcomers experience and is committed to providing compassionate, culturally sensitive, and patient-centered care.
Her vision for Shalom Healthcare Solutions is to close the gap for those without health coverage, ensuring that every person—regardless of status—has access to quality, dignified, and holistic medical care.
